The package is interesting. At first everything seems beautiful and everything is better in the best of all possible worlds. You are promised a salary, tailor-made missions, longevity and a long career.

But after a few months, the masks fall off, revealing the true faces. The company is doing very poorly—so poorly that internally, they discuss and fire people once a month. When we started, there were 14 developers in the office. Every month or two, two people would leave. A hypocritical meeting would be held to reassure the remaining employees that they were the "good ones" and wouldn’t be fired. Yet every day, I went to the office with a heavy heart, wondering if I would be the next to go. Imagine working under such conditions. In the morning, you prepare a sprint with a team of six, and by the afternoon, you're down to three, forced to hold another meeting to reorganize everything. How do these people operate? They have the audacity to present themselves on LinkedIn and other networks as a transparent company where everything is supposedly going well. It's truly shameful. They started by firing developers, and now they’re targeting overhead. Salespeople are being let go one by one, without any humanity, as if they were just numbers. A meeting is scheduled in the morning, and suddenly you're asked to hand over your car keys and laptop. A taxi is waiting for you downstairs before you even have a chance to comprehend what’s happening. They will tell you the company is doing well. They will say they have a strong network, but these are just lies. Lies are taking the elevator while the truth takes the stairs.
