Pros
- The ability to work from anywhere is incredible as a fresh out of college employee - You can build and own your own desk - They have an in house digital marketing team that are there for YOU and make sure candidates see you and your brand - They provide some of the highest job tools to help you find the best candidates
Cons
Due to COVID-19 we are not able to see each other as a team that much but always try to do virtual lunches and activities. Hopefully once things become a little safer we will be able to do more in person activities.
