Seemed to have laid off or pushed out most people of color and diversity of thought and ideas alongside that. If you take a look at their company photos, employee posts etc. the lack of diversity in age and gender is shocking, especially for a company that is supposed to be rooted in human voices based out of California, *All*voices as a company name seems a bit ironic here. If you're looking for a truly inclusive org without insular thinking and teams - for either employment or HR services, look elsewhere.
