I am relatively new to this company and so far I have had a great experience. The management is engaged and seem to truly care about their employees. I enjoy meeting the the different teams and look forward to the upcoming AST sponsored events to meet more of the management. The benefits are by far the best that I have been offered. I have noticed that there seems to be a nice emphasis on work/personal life balance and I really appreciate that. I am proud to say that I am AST employee!
