Steer clear - Anonymous employee Allegheny Science & Technology Employee Review

This is a little company that grew too quickly. HR doesn’t understand any of the benefits they offer and cannot properly advise their employees. They repeatedly promote male employees and pass over female employees doing three times the work. They defraud their employees by misclassifying them as exempt in order to cheat them on overtime. And they have no understanding of (or seemingly interest in) their obligations under equal opportunity, discrimination, and anti-retaliation labor laws.
