Pros
Great experience and lessons learned, if you luck out with a manager who isn't overworked and already selfishly corrupted they tend to give constructive, honest and helpful feedback for development. Benefits are okay if you're just starting your career. Family friendly social events. Culturally diverse and inclusive. Most people are friendly but for the most part stick to themselves, not overly social across the board. This company is a stepping stone not for career investment.
Cons
Mostly focused on bottom line and maximizing growth which results in very little investment in most employees and departments outside of sales and delivery. Very few successful and positively impactful managers, people get promoted for hard work NOT quality work. This company is a master of re-work and working harder NOT smarter. Selfishly motivated management the higher up you go in most departments but it has even crept to the lower level managers. This company does not practice what it preaches in culture or its guiding principles, however it will be used against you in any moment of weakness. Highly critical which can help grow you as a professional for when you find the next company to work for, and you will but very little to no appreciation or flexibility. Not work/life balance friendly unless you luck out with a manager who breaks the rules.
