Pros
EASi, an affiliate of Aerotek, has excellent strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to offer quality contract opportunities. What you get out of that opportunity, however, is what you make of it. I started working as a contract employee the summer after I graduated from college. As a former contract employee working with a reputable company onsite, I gained leadership opportunities, a solid network, and skillsets beyond many of my graduating peers.
Cons
Onsite, there is a large divide between permanent and contract employees. Many contract employees are left out of privileged business conditions discussions. Since it is employment at will, your contract is not guaranteed to last full term (as is what ultimately happened to me). EASi also largely fails to communicate critical information in a timely manner.
