Great communication and support. Quality control is very helpful and communicative. I have been in this industry for 20 years and Allegis is the best company I have ever worked for.

No cons, except we all want better pay, right? Groceries are breaking the bank these days, but I will say that compared to other companies in the same industry/field, Allegis is top-tier. They pay better than all of the ones I have researched so far. Also, if you work to get AAERT certified, you will get paid more.

Thorough training. Steady work. Slightly above-average pay.

No positive feedback. Sometimes stressful with worrying about all the quotas and tier statuses required to maintain the contract, and the worry of losing said contract. Lots of changes that aren't always communicated well.
