Pros

Good training for intro to a call center. Other then that there really isn't anything positive. Unless you count two 15 min breaks (paid) and a 30 minute unpaid lunch a pro.

Cons

Many reps at this company abuse the system, the company gets what they pay for. Many reps leave for a few hours, days or weeks and claim FMLA or Family Medical Leave Assistance. Usually its BS and the company puts up with it. reps are just warm bodies in seats. Different teams in the same building are treated different. If you do your job well your treated just like a rep who screws up all day. Pay is horrible for what you have to do.

Pros

I find the best reasons to work at Allegra Direct would be that over all the company is still small enough to treat their employees as individuals and one's hard work can pay off. The programs are complexed and the challenging so it makes for an interesting and mentally stimulating atmosphere and work environment. I find that if you are a self starter and have a great work either Allegra can be very rewarding. The owners are on site and always willing to lend an ear to an issue no matter how large or small. The company really tries to put forth great customer service skills and you can find rewards in the majority of the work you are able to be a part of outside of normal compensation.

Cons

Like any growing company it is a constant battle to find a happy medium between delegating the company's focus between keeping staff happy and keeping clients happy. The company makes a good attempt but over all pay and employee satisfaction are two areas that Allegra can improve.
