No training or opportunities for professional development. No clear goals or targets. Lack of communication throughout. Expectation for staff to work overtime/weekends with no compensation. No concern for employee wellbeing. Bullying from management. Made nasty comments without even speaking to me about the problem they had for it to be rectified. CEO has a habit of blaming everyone but himself for clear failings in management.
