Paid wrong 7 times out of x12 - Sales Executive Allen Motor Group Employee Review

Was paid wrong x 7 in the 12 months I worked there. Had to chase every month to get it sorted out and nobody cares. Get commission agreed at one figure and get paid another. Director just says I can’t do anything about have you sort it next month. Agreed a last commission payment with everyone and had it in writing. When I got paid checked payslip and found they had deducted money from holiday I owed from the previous year, which I knew nothing about. Asked for proof and why I wasn’t told about it. Got told they are busy and working on other projects wouldn’t be able to do anything with it yet for a few weeks.
