Never bored with constant new initiatives to better our workflows. Lots of opportunities to try something new and grow your skill set. Management trusts your judgement for the most part and will let you have a say on how to proceed with a customer. Opportunities for vertical growth. Management is nice and supportive!
Cons
1) severely underpaid for the amount of work comparable to other opportunities.
2) always feeling like we’re catching up and never getting ahead due to huge turnover setbacks.
3) management does not invest in their employees
4) benefits are a joke. Way too expensive. Cannot afford them due to the little pay given.
5) PTO is a set limit and short. Not accrued.
6) management can seem fake. Very nice upfront but makes decisions not in your best interest behind your back without transparency. Stresses a “family” culture but feels like it’s every man for themselves.
7) layoffs are a regular occurrence.
8) the sense that if we lost one big customer, composition would go under.
9) no raises. None. No bonuses. Zilch. Unless it’s a promotion- if you accept a promotion you will then have to do 4 people’s jobs for slightly more pay.
