Vacation policy is decent. Management doesn't micromanage for the most part.
Cons
No room for advancement New management is not good. There should be an emphasis on training engineers to be managers. Workload is much too high. Pay is low for industry. Open office layout is a horrible way to work. Overloading employees and then not giving them a proper environment to concentrate is not ideal.
