I have worked for 25 days in sept'16 as corporate mngr Hr ( pay grade E8),Top management has fired me due to their tendency of hearing false accusations from few other directors, w/o giving me an opportunity to explain. Its 22 days since exit, my salary chq is withheld. Chairman has given me a letter to sign which reads as " i have voluntarily resigned and i further state on oath there are no further dues from me to the company in any form and i shall not engage the company in any legal disputes regards to unsettled payments"... Once i sign this ( along with their two office witness signs) only then my 25 days chq gets released. This is so because my truck transport bill from blore to chd for household goods n car... of 60000/- + taxes of 8700/- is not yet cleared. This bill along with 45 days salary (approx 93500/-) in lieu of notice period waiver(given to my blore previous employer) were verbally approved by chairman on 12th sept'16. But in my offer letter this is not mentioned. And since I am removed w.e.f 30th sept'16 hence chairman says why should company waste money for such reimbursements. During my employement period my responsibilities included overseeing 25 pan india branches of allengers as well as those of 3 factories of allengers in derabassi plus one more in baddi. Now i am sending repeated reminders via email n registered post along with frequent visits to corporate office in sector 34A chandigarh,where I am made to sit on reception sofa with a cup of tea given to me n sitting for many hrs but chairman doesnt wish to talk on reimbursements. I have to now approach labour commisioner UT state chandigarh as well plan media interviews to get my reimbursements and salary released. My wife is 8 months pregnant and they are making me run around in such a manner I sincerely suggest others to think twice before joining here. If they treat middle management in such a way, it speaks a lot about the mindset of top mgmnt. We middle management are the first n usually last line of defence for top management of any company, just so that top management can sit peacefully in their comfort zone, and if we are pushed to wall like this, what more can be said.
