Pros
Some of the nicest people you will work with and many teams are like family. Free weekly Spanish lessons for those interested in receiving them. Very comfortable life - it's pretty easy to work 9-5 and not break a sweat.
Cons
Some of the worst management and leadership I have ever seen. The CEO runs the business like a dictator and management are genuinely fearful of him. The vast majority of management are white, male and Spanish. The company culture is rife in nepotism and certainly is not a meritocracy therefore causing the departure of more and more quality employees. Despite being bought by a private equity firm, the company has seen very few changes and employees have grown upset. The company hires its receptionists from a modelling agency which is questionable from a ethical standpoint.
