      Nice people, great location

      Cons

      Horrendous Management who are not concerned with anything but their own careers. Horrible morale, desk is run more like a call center rather then an Internal Desk. Little to no career advancement.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
