Pros
I've worked at plenty of places with better benefits, but I would constantly hear from others how great the benefits were, so, to many, the benefits are good. Pay can be really good, depending on who you are.
Location is nice, too.
Cons
CEO is a loose cannon and a control freak. A lot of members of the VP team are inexperienced and immature. They talk up the company like it's the best thing since sliced bread, but in reality it is a mediocre company with mediocre benefits. They have some young management who got promoted for being a family member/close friend/good schmoozer. You can do anything/go anywhere if you schmooze enough, don't question the big egos, and dress right. Looking for a company with good structure? You won't find it here. Looking for an open company culture where your ideas will be heard? You won't find it here. Looking for diversity? You get a pseudo version of that here. Working as a salaried employee? Expect to work a minimum of 50-70 hours here. Think you'll have a flexible work environment in return for dedicating 60 hours a week? You'll get written up for taking "too much" time off to tend to your sick children after they advertise flexibility here.
A great place to work if you come from a crappier place with low pay, but this is, by far, the worst place I've worked for.
