Cons
No work life balance. Extremely high staff churn. Management play favourites regardless of how well you perform. Very negative and back stabbing of work colleagues, even more so if you're performing better than your colleagues - to the point where you feel intimated and bullied. No leaders or people managers. No coaching development, feedback or training. Team Leaders tend to rig their team's performance to ensure they do not miss out of a monthly bonus. Team Leaders condone manipulation of customer data, which often does not even belong to Allianz but to their clients, to ensure their favourite team members get a bonus and thus ensuring they themselves get a bonus (simply called fraud). No career pathing. Previous team leaders get to have erotic rendezvous with work colleagues in meeting rooms without any repercussions. Previous Team Leader spent more time at the pub and turning up to the office drunk rather than actually don't his job without any repercussions. You can swear as much as you like regardless of who you offend. You can wolf whistle as much as you like regardless of who you offend. Team Leaders are too scared about losing their bonus to provide effective feedback, training or coaching and are unable to curb any behavioural issues, simply too scared of what the team member will say or do.
