Pros
Good growth mostly because of good market conditions. The people who work here are fabulous. Easy commute from anywhere. REally good building in west end of richmond, with nice walking grounds and amenities. Many job openings because so many people have left.
Cons
Not given enough resources to get the work done, negative culture that even if everyone works hard, for instance, the new rating system mandates that a certain percentage of people get a bad score, health and vacation benefits reduced compensation is ok but not great, many changes from Paris HQ, jobs being outsourced in Ops and are cut in IT
