11yI understand your concern about our turnover. While we always hate to lose good managers and associates, turnover does provide opportunities for succession and new perspectives. The majority of our senior leadership team has 2+ years’ experience in their current roles. Of the two most recent additions to this team, one was promoted from within and the other was hired externally. Our culture is part of who we are as a company, and it won’t change just because individuals choose to leave for new career opportunities or for personal circumstances. We have a strong management team—across the organization—and they are committed to keeping AGA a top place to work. We will continue to hire the same type of great people who drive our success, who are driven to help others, and who provide the same outstanding customer service as we do today. The company is performing extraordinarily well because of our associates and we expect that to continue!
