Lack of tranning/onboarding orientation (you have to pick up what you have to do within a bunch of old systems), old-fashioned leadership not inspirational at all, there is no room for improvements or new implementations coming from employees ideas, no investments in qualifications or courses, lack of enthusiasm in general.
