Awful - Claims Validation Handler Allianz Partners Employee Review

A certain senior team member is the worst colleague ever to have worked with. Using my time at the company I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with one of the most rude, obnoxious and down right bullying colleagues I had ever met. Rather unfortunately this specific person us actually very good at their job, however there is a very clicky culture between the seniors and the team leader. During my tenure I found that approximately 18 other people before me had left the team and mostly because they had been bullied put of the team. The senior colleague was clever with how they approach you, picking up very minor things to make you feel like you are an utter failure. Asking for help seems like a welcome part, but then that turns into a scrutiny of your abilities and a further excuse to make you feel as small as you can and belittle you in anyway. A horrible horrible team to work for and I'm glad I left a toxic culture environment.
