Pros

Quite, John was kinda cool for the few minutes we talked twice.

Cons

If you are not dating or married to someone there good luck moving up. Management is angry and aggressive. The whole building has drama high-school like drama that they will undoubtedly pull you into. They will " perfer you not to share you wage with other employees to " help not create work place problems " but will tell you they can't tell you not to tell others.

Pros

My experience with Allied for the past 30 years is of a company that continually and consistently reinvests in itself for the benefit of our customers.

Cons

We work hard and expect every one on our team to do the same, for some that is a con.

Pros

Many opportunities for associates to grow within the company. Hires from within and invests in training for future leadership. State of the art equipment to work with and a very clean facility. Talented and friendly staff.

Cons

The fast pace nature of the work is not for everyone. Priorities change constantly which means you need to be patient and flexible. This is no different from much of the industry.
