Pros

it's a job. The site that you are placed at may have a potential to be a nice working environment.

Cons

You only will receive one time to call out each quarter, so if you don't have a strong immune system or any types of debilitating issues this isn't the job for you. If you have the flu you will be expected to work through it unless the site that you're placed cares and demand that you are sent home until you recover. You're just another body they don't care.(Trust me, I had management tell me this to my face.)This is a terrible company to work for . When hired they will let you know that you will not receive raises, please believe them. I worked for this company for 5 years and never received a pay increase. You will not receive sick/vacation pay as well as sick leave days or family emergency days. If you have any type of disabilities they will tell you that it is okay to get you through the door and then use it against you if you ever call out even if it is 4 hours before the start of your shift. If you are running 1 or 2 minutes late due to the crazy Atlanta traffic don't call and let them know because even if you arrive on time they will still use it against you for thinking that you were running late. if you finally get fedup and decide to get another job DON'T give them a courtesy 2 week notice so that it will be a smooth transaction " THEY WILL FIRE YOU , AND THEY WILL NOT FILL OUT YOUR TERMINATION PAPERS PROPERLY (They will lie and say that you didn't return your uniforms even if you did.)" . They also will not sign your termination paper so that it will look like job abandonment. I know your think just another person mad because they got fired, but I think this is things that people should know. I wish I would have know. Also there is no room for growth.

Pros

Easy. If you find a spot that works for you, you can get really comfortable. My site has been peaceful 99% of the time. There's always new opportunities showing up if you need a change.

Cons

You could get stuck with less desirable positions or schedules. Dealing with management can be a bad experience. It took weeks between my original interview and training before I could pick up my uniform and actually start working on site.

Pros

there is nothing good to say

Cons

I was offered a position and hired, and went through a month long process of doing every single step to be proactive in working this position. I submitted my fingerprints did my background check sat through 16 hours of online training that was unpaid staring at a computer for eight hours straight at a time with only a 30 minute break. Then I went in for the new employee orientation, where I sat there for another four hours and completed every single on boarding step received my badge got a uniform only to be told after those four hours that the position I was hired for is no longer available this company is the most unprofessional uncommunicative company I have ever had the displeasure of potentially working for had someone communicate communicated to me throughout that whole month that the position that I was hired for is no longer available I would’ve found employment elsewhere, but they decided to dig me around for over a month.
