Pros
This company does generally have a good culture and encourages collaboration, and a good variety of opportunities to work on different project types and project scales. There is a decent work-life balance, but that tends to vary between different project managers. Be prepared to have to advocate for yourself often, though.
Cons
There is a lot of potential for great things to happen, but unfortunately most fall short of being just talk and words expressed. A good amount of what is said and done is unfortunately superficial and is done to maintain the image of the firm. Upper management is very clique-like, even if they say otherwise. Opportunities are limited to those that are favorited (not just for work ethic or performance), and if you've found yourself to be a pariah or outlier, good luck in advancing your career or having your voice heard.
