      slowly had little pay raises since starting and they offer shift differentials on top of your base pay which is great

      really no cons, the pay has been very standard and nice to have performance raises annually

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.
