Very mission driven company but not all departments put values into practice - Anonymous employee Allina Health Employee Review

I hear about whole person care, but as an employee of the talent acquisition department it is the exact opposite. Interesting enough, we are the face of the company. I work in an extremely toxic environment where there is absolutely no trust within the employees or leaders. There is no asking questions to understand, assumptions, gossip, and they don’t value their employees. I’m so sad continually watching my colleagues walk out the door. There is such a low level of engagement and fear. The team has been beat down and damaged. it’s an absolute mess.
