Pros
Compensation, teamlike atmosphere, always looking to do the right thing, devoted to patient care, good people. Large company with many outlets for the healthcare proffessionals.
Cons
Diversity and Inclusion efforts, HR recruitment not diverse therefore talent pool is not diverse, Leaders lacking support or offered learning and development opportunities. It was well known but not spoken that you had to leave Allina and then come back to get promotional opportunities. Promotion within was done sparingly in middle management.
