The leadership team is holding the company back, as they do not understand how to manage people, which has resulted in so many talented people leaving, or being pushed out. These people were trying to use their experience to help right the ship, but it was seen as being combative, or disruptive to an already frantic strategy laid out by the C-Suite.
The dead weight that sits atop of this company it mind blowing. The CEO changes her mind more than the wind changes direction and she can't see a strategy through to completion. She has hired and fired 6 sales VP's in 3 years. 3 YEARS! The COO simply spends his time surfing LinkedIn and building PPT's for the CEO, as she is too busy telling everyone else how to do their jobs. There are a couple leaders below that have the ability to do great things, but are consistently silenced. The other leaders spend more politicking then trying to truly help the situation.
