      C-Suite Needs To Step Down - Anonymous employee Allocadia Software Employee Review

      Pros

      Convient office location, which is close to public transport and clean. Lots of space, as you are not cramped in with other workmates.

      Cons

      The leadership team is holding the company back, as they do not understand how to manage people, which has resulted in so many talented people leaving, or being pushed out. These people were trying to use their experience to help right the ship, but it was seen as being combative, or disruptive to an already frantic strategy laid out by the C-Suite. The dead weight that sits atop of this company it mind blowing. The CEO changes her mind more than the wind changes direction and she can't see a strategy through to completion. She has hired and fired 6 sales VP's in 3 years. 3 YEARS! The COO simply spends his time surfing LinkedIn and building PPT's for the CEO, as she is too busy telling everyone else how to do their jobs. There are a couple leaders below that have the ability to do great things, but are consistently silenced. The other leaders spend more politicking then trying to truly help the situation.

      Pros

      If you've worked in SaaS (particularly MarTech) before you know that there are a ton of faulty products and vaporware out there. Allocadia is not that - the product is incredibly solid, solves a huge pain for marketers, and customers LOVE the product and the company. People here are absolutely decent human beings. Any time you're at a small and growing company there are challenges and pains, but to work with people who mean well and care about each other is important. The quality of customers at Allocadia are amazing brands like Microsoft, GE Digital, Charles Schwab and more are all customer. But the actual people who are clients are also super smart and hard working. Its incredibly rewarding to help these types of people.

      Cons

      Startups and earlier stage companies always have their bumps and issues. Whether its a bad quarter or mis-hire these things unfortunately happen at all companies this size. It's about taking these issues in stride, learning and moving forward. You have to be somewhat prepared for that.
