I have been very impressed with the depth and quality of Allocation's solutions centered around strategic supplier management, direct material sourcing, part/item management, and supplier collaboration. The breath and depth of this is proving valuable within critical initiatives in manufacturing, such as: requisitioning, sourcing, part and tool readiness (APQP, etc.) and ongoing quality management (e.g., 8D, 5P, etc.). Further, there is an energy within the team, and a "can do" attitude, as it relates to ensuring each customer engagement is very successful.

Minimal brand awareness at this time.

The new company owner, following the acquisition, appears to be unwilling to maintain the development department in Germany.
