This review has been pending from my side for quite some time, and I’m finally able to post it now. During my time with the organization, I observed that some members of the Learning and Development team (Chennai) seemed more focused on discussing personal matters—often engaging in gossip, particularly about female colleagues—instead of concentrating on their work responsibilities and the fun part is they are the ones who drives POSH. If the team could redirect this energy towards supporting the organization’s revenue-generating efforts, they have the potential to become a truly high-performing unit. As for the HR department at the time I was employed—unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I found their involvement and support to be lacking. Hopefully, there have been improvements in that area since then.
