      Pros

      The benefits package is great. Flexibility is given to those with families to have time off when needed. Good opportunities for growth if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Takes a while to move up in the company. Having to relocate can limit the number of qualified applicants. You have to remain patient in most cases.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
