- cab facility is free. - wi-fi @ work place - insurance policy is good including parents. - hike is ok. - work will be less. Life will be good. Legecy applications. - learn curve is not there. Get bored after some days. - not good for experience folks. Management does not have control over leads. Leads are managers. Keep buttering to leads. Or else won't get any benefit. More groupism. And folks who work hard never been recognised. Favarete folks of leads will be recognised. Ok for 1 or 2 year stay.
Cons
Management needs to improve. And have control. Take confidential feed from developers for leads and associate managers.
