      Shift timings Break timings Issues with holidays Indian/US Worst management, they do not respond to your mails if you are leaving or on notice period

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
