      Pros

      Friendly environment. They take notice of good work. At least at my office there are a lot of people nearing retirement age, so there is noticeable room for growth.

      Cons

      Getting a raise is based on your numbers. So to an extent it's like caring about helping people comes second to resolving things quickly.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
