      - Allstate has a competitive compensation package, especially at early levels - Work is interesting and challenging - Great exposure to Senior Leadership - Great name brand

      Cons

      - Compensation is less competitive as you move up - With reductions in the size of the company, there are more people competing for fewer opportunities - 401k match was reduced

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
