Business outlook
Pros
Recognition for your work. They are trying to build a real culture within the office. Decent pay for the work. Crazy amount of PTO days starting in 2016, with option to pay for additional days. Company matches some 401k contributions and we do have a pension. Opportunities to move within company, although some may be a lateral move.
Cons
Some metrics are difficult to meet with current system issues. Health insurance benefits aren't as great as you would expect for a company of it's size, NO PATERNITY LEAVE. Although pay is decent, I hear Allstate pays less than competitors with similar positions.
