      Some agents will buy quality leads because they value you, this is how you will earn a living.

      Cons

      Corporate is constantly competing with agents for items sold. Some agents simply don't value you and cannot accept that Allstate's products simply aren't feasible for most people.

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
