      I work as an HR executive here. I single handedly handle complete HR function - Recruitment - HR ops & Admin. Alltius provides flexible working hours which helps me perfectly balance personal & professional life well. I have listed what all I like about the company Work-Life Balance Benefits: Alltitude program - a token of encouragement to invest in learning for our own well being Culture Has Work from Home policy Focus on Employee well-being

      It's a start up so its not bureaucratic per se Work Remote In the AI Space

      Cons

      Prepare to work 12-17 hour days even on weekends and holidays They portray themselves as different in the market but product is lacking and not much in production. No live customers in the U.S to my knowledge. You will not receive paystubs but instead money transfers or zelle payments can be an issue if you need income verification. Say they offer health insurance to US employers but I never received. Lucky if your pay is sent on time (Hardly ever) Team is very siloed and does not have a clear vision in the sales org.
