Pros

The pay was pretty decent.

Cons

I lost my job for reasons that are still unknow to me. Allyon was the middle man with my job position. They really didn't fight to secure my position. I had zero write-ups and managed two sites and since my job was in another state they were more likely to listen to the main contractor and not me. I believe the main client that they support is mentally unstable and they listen to everything they say so they won't lose the contract. This also affects the employees on the client side as they have less support for the issues that may arise. This makes Allyon morally and ethically bankrupt.

Cons

Allyon is a company that got rich during covid and now that things are back to normal they cannot accept that the bull run is over with. The CEO is addicted to wealth instead of focusing on being honorable and running a good quality company. The CEO Rebekah has put a person in charge of the company that is condescending, demeaning unreasonable and lacks experience. She is the Chief People Officer and is responsible for employee relationships however, has destroyed all present and past relationships. Don't let her title fool you, she's really the Pseudo-CEO, she's running the show while the CEO travels abroad. They drive away long term employees, vendors and clients and then blame everyone in a management and executive position when the numbers tank. When someone leaves or is fired they bring up their name and blame them for everything that is wrong for months after they have departed. Gina wants to put her name on everything, create every process, hire every officer and director and in the end say "look at what I've created" while leaving a tornado of destruction behind her. Right now while reading this, the CEO is likely composing an emotional response to this review, then they will spend hours and days trying to figure out who wrote it, instead of looking at themselves and correcting their actions.
