Small team. Does Better interaction.

1. Scrooged in every way possible 2. Small room for creativity. Even you need to code a/t the cto's way not yours 3. No coffee machine, no office boy 4. CEO is falsely under impression 5. Only 4 permanent employees..ceo,cto,their wives. It's not a company, it's a family..LOL 6. No learning at all. Way too lagged behind.
