Everyone works collaboratively to ensure that the individuals supported come first. Decisions are well thought out and everyone is welcome to give input. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed and employees are welcome to reach out to Administration staff at any time. The Executive Director is very easy to talk to and cares deeply for the individuals and the employees.

Smaller agency, but it is not really a "con"

I really loved the clients I worked for and the home atmosphere in all of the houses. I felt like I was truly part of their home.

They had some issues with management-- specifically micro managing. However, they seem to have worked on those problems.
