Alo recently relocated its US manufacturing facility and I was unable to relocate with it. There is still some settling out of the organization happening because of that as well as its acquisition by JOST Mfg.

Local management cares a lot about employees and also about a quality product. There is no skimping on quality or safety.

With management making decisions being overseas, some upgrades to the factory have been overlooked. ERP system is in need of a serious update.
