Pros
Worst management at Hoku Aloha TL and managers will give you lots of work pressure and mental harassment. Multiple projects are to be handled by 1-2 years of experienced as well has freshers. TL will abuse you from day one no respect towards junior. If you don't do as they say they will abuse and harasses you a lot. Working on Saturday and Sunday no leave given. You have official leave but they will force you to work
Cons
No work life balance. No Growth. 15 hours a day work. when they have work from you the TL will call and be the sweetest person in the world and ask you to join early and work late night.
