Quick hire. Working from home.

Cons

It’s very driven by stats only and they are very strict on all breaks lunches, logins, logouts and time awareness to the point you are micro managed and constantly reaching out if you spend too long with a customer, really affecting the customer, representative relationships. It was too pushy. No stability. Always hiring and firing people. Your position can be stripped at any time so theirs is absolutely no job security.

Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

Cons

Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
