Pros
There is opportunity for advancement within the company. The people you work with are great. They have weekly training sessions to keep you up to date with what you are expected to know.
Cons
The was little to no notice when changes were being made within the company regarding benefits, pay, schedule, etc. There were a lot of promises made that were never kept. Took forever to get anything accomplished or to be heard about anything you were dissatisfied with.
