      working from home, as a virtual employee, competitive salary

      New policies that are not pro employee. if one of your supervisors has it in for you, they can cause you a great deal of grief and your ability to fight is limited. This Has Been My Experience.

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Cons

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
