      Pros

      Only if you need a job really bad. Also if you like getting fired or laid off. I’ve seen them lay off 75 people at one time because they won’t stop hiring when it’s not busy.

      Cons

      I have seen them fire people for sneezing or using the restroom. Not to mention if they don’t like you they will be mean to you until you quit. I have seen managers put resignation forms on people’s desk and say “just in case you were thinking about quitting”

      Things move quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it keeps the work exciting.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
