Pros

Love the customers, sometimes stressful dealing with time requirements allowed.

Cons

No set schedule, I spend 10 hrs each week trying to get hours to work. Some weeks there are hardly any hours to schedule, but during the holidays, you can work plenty, with OT.

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it keeps the work exciting.

Pros

They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

Cons

Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
