Pros
Above all - people, most colleagues were professionals with considerable working experience. Most people are polite and professional. There are several good products with well-balanced pricing that you can sell well if you are in a competitive region. Slowly things were getting better after the changes that took place over 2017-2019. There is a solid customer base that will keep the company afloat through many storms, it is not a startup that can suddenly go bankrupt or change the core business overnight.
Cons
The company is not lean. There are many obsolete inefficient internal processes that take forever to improve or replace. Learning the ropes can take 6-12 months and even after years at the company some legacy dependencies may remain unclear. Internal communication could be better - you won't notice changes unless you have an issue, then you would discover that a process was changed or someone was hired or fired. There is no career development plan, once you're hired you're stuck. Only by chance, due to unexpected openings, some people were able to advance.
